Shiou is a licensed cosmetologist (CA LIC # 501339), with experience on films and photo shoots, and has maintained a chair at prestigious Beverly Hills salons since 2009. She has a passion for hair and makeup, and advanced skills in creating client specific color formulaes, including color corrections. Ms. Udagawa is also known for creating modern, clean, and intricate updos for weddings or any occasion.
Shiou is certified by CCHI's "Core Certification Healthcare Interpreter" (CoreCHI™). She completed multiple PALS for Health Interpreter and Translation training programs. This allows her to offer both translation (written word) and interpretation (spoken word). A native Japanese speaker, fluent in English, Shiou has lived in the United States for almost 20 years, and is licensed as a Registered Nurse in both Japan and California.
